All volumes are digital PDF files delivered instantly after payment. Because access is immediate and files cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once any file has been downloaded.

Buyers who have not downloaded any file may request a refund by contacting support@kingsidepress.com within 7 days of purchase.
